By booking an appointment with K8 Beauty, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure a professional and respectful experience for all clients and staff.

1. Booking & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • The deposit is deducted from the total cost of the treatment on the day.

  • You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without losing your deposit.

  • If you cancel or attempt to reschedule less than 48 hours before, your deposit will be forfeited.

2. Timekeeping

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment – not earlier and not later.

  • Arriving too early may interrupt another client’s session; arriving late may result in a shortened treatment or loss of appointment.

  • If you are late, your appointment may be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.

3. Appointment Confirmation

  • After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all appointment details.

  • It is your responsibility to check this email and ensure the date, time, and treatment are correct.

  • If any discrepancies are noticed, you must contact us immediately. K8 Beauty is not responsible for errors that are not reported in time.

  • An additional SMS reminder may be sent; however, the email confirmation is considered final and binding.

4. Medical Conditions & Treatment History

  • If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or health concerns that could affect your treatment, it is your responsibility to inform us in advance.

  • You must notify us if you have previously undergone the treatment you are booking in for.

  • Failure to disclose relevant information may result in an unsatisfactory outcome or a cancelled appointment without refund.

5. Treatment Suitability

  • If there are any factors that may affect the safety or outcome of your treatment, it is your duty to inform your technician beforehand.

  • K8 Beauty reserves the right to decline or adjust treatments based on the information provided or observed on the day.
